They review lease documents, negotiate with landlords, resolve rent disputes, and provide other renter-orientated services. The services are offered at affordable prices so anybody can consult a Chartered Surveyor for their lease and rental concerns.

What's included?
The document you send will be reviewed and condensed into an easy to read summary of the most important sections. There will also be a basic recommendation if anything is found that gives the Landlord an unreasonable advantage. The aim is to return the summary to you within 7 business days from submission and receipt of payment.

There will also be a comprehensive recommendation whether the lease/ agreement is acceptable or not. Any unreasonable sections will be highlighted, and a suggestion will be made for you to re-negotiate with the Landlord. The aim is to return this to you within 5 business days from submission and receipt of payment.
Please note: You may upgrade to a Bronze Package after the summary has been given, or ultimately use the Standard Rate to get the negotiations done on your behalf.
What's included?
Should you require any general assistance, further advice not already available, resolve an issue with your landlord or to negotiate on your behalf, there will be a charge of £75 per hour with a minimum fee of £75.

With your permission, the lease will be negotiated on your behalf by corresponding directly with the Landlord or their agent to take the stress away from you. Your case will be seen as a priority and will be concluded in the most efficient manner possible.
Please note: This service includes up to 2 hours of negotiating. If the matter goes beyond this and becomes more complex, the Standard Rate per hour will be charged should you wish to continue. A time sheet will be recorded. This package does not include analysis or negotiation of a fair rent, it focuses on the other aspects of the contract.
